Richard Branson goes by many titles - Sir (Branson was named a Knight Bachelor of the United Kingdom in 1999 for services to entrepreneurship), Rebel Billionaire (after his The Apprentice-style reality show), adventurer, and media personality - and with his latest project, he looks ready to add another one: leader of the return to space. On 28 July of this year, in the Mojave Desert, he christened a unit of the space plane “Scalable Composites White Knight Two” as VMS Eve, after his mother.
