Fifty thousand poor and malnourished students in Quezon City are so hungry that they can’t think properly in school. These children, mostly Grade One students in Quezon City’s public school system, now suffer from learning handicaps such as impaired mental capacities, according to the Quezon City Public Affairs and Information Office (PAISO). |
