A little less than ten minutes away from the barangay entry point in EDSA is the bustling Kamuning market, which offers the consumer a selection of wet and dry goods with a few things extra. Capt. Jayson Encomienda says that aside from bagoong, a popular Filipino condiment, Brgy. Kamuning is also known for another notable commodity, textiles. |

Now the out-of-school youth residents of Barangay Kamuning can learn the how-tos of basic computing for free. A barangay initiative is currently underway to encourage them to take part in an ongoing ICT program, held on weekdays at the computer school located beside the barangay hall. |
